Digital access, delivery and refunds
EpicHear provides streamed audio stories and readable transcripts. No physical products are sold or shipped.
How access is delivered
Published free episodes play in your browser. A successful coin or timed unlock is recorded in your signed-in account. You need an internet connection to stream audio. A saved story is a bookmark, not an offline audio download.
Payments and returns
Coin purchases and paid checkout are not available, and EpicHear does not currently take payment. There are no physical returns or shipping charges. This page does not set terms for a future paid purchase.
If a payment appears to be associated with EpicHear, contact info@epichear.com with the date and provider receipt reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes. Purchase, cancellation and refund terms will need to be published before checkout is enabled; nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.
Access problems
If an unlock fails, retry while signed in to the same account. Successful coin unlocks are not charged twice. If the issue continues, tell us the story and episode at info@epichear.com.
